Club Nights Entries

Club Night entries must be submitted through the Swim Central Member Portal by midnight every Friday.
Once entries close, they are provided to our Race Secretary for race seeding, which is completed on the following Monday evening.

Parents Assistance

The success of the Club is dependent on our parent volunteers who assist on Club Nights with timekeeping, marshalling, fundraising, running the BBQ and serving refreshments.

To ensure every club night runs smoothly,  all families are required to volunteer four (4) times over each club season in one of the above roles. Failure to fulfill this may exclude your child being eligible to contest championships at the end of the regular season.

Technical Officials

All our Technical Officials are valued volunteers who give their time over many months / years to train in all areas of swimming officiating and are an integral part of any club night.

We are lucky enough to have qualified technical Officials on pool deck most if not all of our Monday club nights. Club nights where the required Technical officials are on pool deck all times swam will be submitted as "Official" by our race secretary for use in entering external carnivals.

Interested to become a Technical Official?

As they say, many hands make light work. Becoming a technical official is rewarding and an excellent way to contribute to the sport, spend time with your children, whilst supporting them in their favorite sport.

For more information please speak to our friendly Referee at club night or one of our Technical officials to be pointed in the right direction.
